Mountain T.O.P. is grateful and so proud of our legacy of empowering young adults in their leadership journeys. The summer staff experience at Mountain T.O.P. is unlike any other. The friendships made, the confidence gained, the professional skills learned, and the spiritual growth explored all have a lasting impact on those who say yes to the unique calling of working at Mountain T.O.P. for a summer (or two, or three, or four, or more!).
