Host your next event at Mountain T.O.P. Our facilities have hosted everything from family reunions to church groups to school retreats.



We offer on-site staff-led challenge courses, basketball and volleyball courts, octoball ring, disc golf course, two campfire areas, plenty of yard games, and indoor and outdoor meeting spaces. Additionally, if you are interested in a service-based retreat, we always have families that are requesting help with home repair projects! 

Upon registration and finalization of retreat details, a $15/person deposit will be due. Remaining balances will be four weeks prior to the date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable. Payments previously paid for dropped spots are forfeited and cannot be applied towards the remainder of a group’s balance. Groups that decrease in size after a payment due date still are responsible for the payments for those dropped spots, and will be charged the full balance incurred as of due date. We do ask for a minimum group size of 12. 


  • Meals: $8.50/meal/person

  • Overnight stay:$15/night/person

  • Optional paid cleaning service after departure: $50/building

  • Low ropes course: $15/person

  • High ropes course: $25/person

  •  Both courses: $35/person

  • Home repair projects in the community: $10/person/day

  • Prices for staff-led programming depends on the group's needs and will be discussed upon reservation.
