$225 for Dining Hall & Meeting Side
Upon registration and finalization of retreat details, a standard 25% deposit of your total cost will be expected. Remaining balances will be due four weeks prior to the date of arrival. Deposits are non-refundable. Payments previously paid for dropped spots are forfeited and cannot be applied towards the remainder of a group’s balance. If a group needs to decrease numbers between payments, they must communicate this change before the next payment due date to avoid paying for a dropped spot. We do ask for a minimum group size of 12.
Groups can rent our facility and simply opt for meals and overnight stays. Mountain T.O.P. also offers groups the option to complete service projects, participate in staff-led spiritual life programming, or participate in team-building exercises on your low-ropes course.
Service Projects
Home Repair: Our projects range from small-scale construction to major renovations. We do everything from building ramps, stairs, and porches to installing new siding, flooring, and roofs. We also do painting projects.
In-Camp Facilities: Keeping our facilities well-maintained and looking nice is important to us. Volunteers can assist with painting and small-scale repairs, depending on the skill level of the group and current needs.
When matching projects and volunteers, we try to strike a balance between the skill level of our volunteers and our most urgent needs.
Staff-Led Spiritual Life Programming
Groups can request staff-led spiritual programming during their retreat experience. This can include:
Morning devotions before breakfast
Mid-day devotionals (on the worksite, if participating in service projects)
Sharing and worship after dinner
We believe in the dignity of all people and honor that our guests come from diverse backgrounds. We are an inclusive space for all people. Mountain T.O.P. is intentional about creating reflective and interactive spaces for volunteers to process their experiences in a theological light. If your group is interested in having these elements included in your retreat experience, please let us know when making a reservation.
