Staff Alumni Weekend
November 5-8, 2026
Cumberland Pines
Coalmont, TN
All Mountain T.O.P. staff alumni are invited to join us for a weekend of service and fellowship!
This weekend will run just like an Adults in Ministry event, but it’s exclusively for alumni and their families. The weekend starts on Thursday evening and ends on Sunday morning. We’ll spend Friday and Saturday serving the community through home repair and enjoying devotionals and worship. There will be plenty of time for storytelling, reminiscing about the old days, and connecting across generations of staff.
No matter how long it’s been since you’ve made a trip to the Mountain, we welcome you back and can’t wait to see you!
Calling all former staff! Join us for an alumni weekend, full of reconnection, service, and fellowship. We’ll tackle home repair projects as we tell stories, reminisce about our staff experiences, and grow together in our faith.

Once paid, refunds will not be issued; however, you may move your payment to a different AIM weekend within the calendar year.
Resources
In order to serve our community with dignity, we ask our volunteers to prepare themselves both spiritually and logistically. Please take time to read through our Core Guide, which introduces you to our service area and Mountain T.O.P.’s philosophies of service, as well as includes the required paperwork for participation.
All participants need to complete the following:
Adult Self-Screening Form (page 16): Please complete and send to Hailey prior to arrival. Everyone must have a background check on file with their church or Mountain T.O.P., current within the last three years. If you need Mountain T.O.P. to run a background check for you, please submit a payment of $10.
To pay for your background check by card, be sure to indicate in your online registration that you would like Mountain T.O.P. to run a background check for you when prompted. You can pay for a background check here.
Medical Information & Statement of Activities and Release (pages 14-15): TWO copies must be brought with you to camp and submitted during registration.
