Dietz was directly involved with Mountain T.O.P. from 1987 to 1999, as a camper, summer staffer, and being involved in summer staff training. He then re-engaged with Mountain T.O.P. in 2017-2018 on the Board of Directors. He is a long time camper and friend of the ministry. Dietz is the Executive Director of Miriam's Promise in Nashville, TN. Miriam's Promise stands in the gap, building bridges through crisis pregnancy counseling and child placement services.

Jessica Semaan was on Mountain T.O.P.'s summer staff from 2016-2019. She worked as a Service Project Ministry Coordinator, Program Manager, YSM Director, and SHC Director. Now she works as an ER Nurse in Troy, MI, at a Level 2 Trauma Center. She shares with us her journey of navigating COVID-19 as a young nurse and how the skills she learned at Mountain T.O.P. helped her traverse the climate that quickly became her everyday life.
