TENNESSEE OUTREACH PROJECT
Since 1975, Mountain T.O.P. has thrived as a strategic community partner in Grundy County, Tennessee. Mountain T.O.P. focuses on reducing substandard housing, supporting lifelong learning and leadership, and promoting overall wellness.
Mission
Through Christian community and faith-based relationships, we help meet the physical, spiritual, social, and emotional needs of all the people we encounter.
Vision
The Cumberland Mountain region is a community where families and children thrive and everyone who contributes to the Mountain TOP mission grows through their experience with Christ.
What we do
In order to achieve our goals, we offer a variety of mission-based programs for youth and adults. Participants can choose to serve the Cumberland Plateau through home repair or day camp programs. Check out our Summer Impact Report for a overview of our summer impact in 2019.

Eliminating Substandard Housing: to provide direct services and organizational support that addresses severe housing issues in our service area.

“The most rewarding aspect of being on staff was seeing the transformation in the families we worked with- from the first visit, to the campers arriving and completing a project, to the final visit. I could see how each person and step along the way glorified God and impacted both the homeowners, the campers, and myself. The way a house, a person, and a faith can change in a short amount of time is astounding when the time is set aside with intentionality.”
